KFC?

I'm pretty sure KFC is not the acronym for Kinoshita House of Pancakes, unless I missed an in-joke? What card is the major tournament winning card?

Also, there was mention of Mad Scientist as a promo. Where does that fit in?

K-HOP

K-HOP is the acronym for Kinoshita House of Pancakes. KFC is the new "food-chain" modified site, featuring Kar Fai's Crib as a Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Mad Scientist was slated to be reprinted as a promo for this set, but I'm afraid it did not make the final cut. We're hoping to rectify this next time around.
