All in One contained a small but key error: a “Fortune of the Turtle” was mistakenly labeled “Amulet of the Turtle.” (Now corrected. -The Ed.) This had the effect of making it much easier to obtain Stealth. If you solved the puzzle as written, congratulations are still in order, but you may wish to go back and see if you can solve the puzzle as it was intended.
Challenges
The biggest challenge was figuring out where Stealth was going to come from. With Raven Li the subject of Fortune of the Turtle, you can't Rigorous Discipline her, and you have no state removal. The solution comes from your Netherworld Return- kill her (and only her) and bring her back. But with her at a Hideout, it would take two Rigorous Disciplines- one to gain her ability, but first, one to gain the Gunslinger's ability.
Second, which character to give all the abilities to was a challenge in and of itself. There were a lot of different options, but only Ting Ting had both Independent and provided Chi - a key quality to get Superleap from Master Yuen. With the limited amount of power available, it would be too expensive to play Righteous Heaven Stance on Spencer's Beauties, and there weren't enough Rigorous Disciplines around to give Independent to the Bulletproof Monk, Master Yuen, or Kar Fai.
Solution
0: Starting Power: 2
1: Turn Master Yuen, the Plains of Ash, and the Orange Senshi Chamber. Ting Ting gains Superleap.
2: Play Big Ass Car on Ting Ting. Turn it to give her Toughness 1 and Mobility. She is now 7 fighting. Current Power: 1
3: Ting Ting attacks the Identity Chop Shop. Gain 1 power from Everything Falls Apart. No interceptors can be declared, since Ting Ting has Superleap. Seize the ID Chop Shop. Current Power: 2
4: Turn the ID Chop Shop to give Kar Fai the designator Killer. He now has Assassinate. Turn Kar Fai to attack Draco (or one of the Mights of the Elephants). Gain 1 power. Kar Fai is smoked. Current Power: 3
5: Play Rigorous Discipline to copy the Gunslinger's ability onto Spencer's Beauties. Have them initiate a Faceoff with Raven Li. Raven Li is smoked, the Beauties have 8 damage. You gain 1 power. Current Power: 4
6: Play your Sinister Priest. You now have two Lotus resources. Play Demonic Alliance and turn it to give Ting Ting Regenerate. Current Power: 2. Attack any target with Sinister Priest to get it smoked.
7: Use Plains of Ash to Toast all characters in your smoked pile except Kar Fai.
8: Play Netherworld Return. Kar Fai is returned to play. Raven Li is returned to play. Ting Ting now has Guts.
9: Play your second Rigorous Discipline. Copy Raven Li's text onto Ting Ting. She now has Stealth.
10: Have the Dog Soldiers attack. Unturn your Identity Chop Shop.
11: Turn the Identity Chop Shop. Give Ting Ting the designator Killer. She gains Assassinate.
12: Play your last Rigorous Discipline. Copy the Street Sensei's text onto Ting Ting. She now has Influence.
13: Play Fastest Gun in the West on Ting Ting. Current Power: 0
14: Play CB Radio on Ting Ting.
Alternate Solution
Eagle-eyed Secret Warrior Jim Sensenbrenner pointed out a slightly different solution: by putting the CB Radio on the Dog Soldiers, Ting Ting still gains Tactics, but the Dog Soldiers can attack twice. Jim used this to unturn the Plains of Ash and the Orange Senshi Chamber instead of using the Identity Chop Shop twice, giving Kar Fai Superleap instead of Assassinate to ensure that he couldn't be intercepted.
