What is Fair Use as concerns Shadowfist?
You may discuss, write about, comment or critique any part of the Shadowfist world including back-story, factions, characters or any publicly disseminated information. You may use any public card, spoiler, and rarity lists or any personal compiled combination of the three in your comments.
You may use any trademark of Z-Man as long as you provide proper recognition of the marks. (e.g., Throne War™ is a trademark of Z-Man Games, Inc.)
You may develop and display new Shadowfist cards, however you must follow any other copyrights and trademarks, and you must include the following disclaimer:
"The card ideas and other intellectual property developed by these owner(s) use copyrights and trademarks under license by Z-Man Games, Inc. (Z-MAN). By publicly displaying their work, they cannot hold Z-MAN in consideration of their work in any manner, including transfer fees, licensing fees, royalties or any other form of revenue. They cannot hold Z-MAN in any way responsible for likeness of their intellectual property with official, published data by Z-MAN."
You may not scan or reprint artwork without the express permission of the artist.
You may not retransmit, repost and/or republish any article, spoiler list, card list, rarity list, rule book, FAQ, etc., from the Shadowfist.com or Innocence.com: Shadowfist domains without express permission.
You may not produce a site that generates revenue from Z-Man's intellectual property without a license.
If you do have permission or a license from Z-Man or another qualified party, you must display the notice on your Web site; failure to do so will be presumed as a copyright violation.
